A coffee brand rooted in Ethiopia and built with love—from the first sketch to the final roast. As lifelong coffee lovers, we saw this as more than a branding project—it was a chance to design something that celebrates origin, identity, and ritual.
From the start, AfroBeans was never meant to feel imported or diluted. It’s proud of where it comes from. This brand exists to honor coffee’s birthplace—not as a commodity, but as culture. As pride. As rhythm. As something alive in the hands of the people who plant, roast, and grind it every day.
Bold like the brew
We leaned into bold, seductive typography that carries the same energy as the beans themselves—rich, fragrant, layered. It anchors the identity with a voice that feels contemporary but rooted, confident but warm.
The illustration of the Ethiopian woman became a central symbol—an expression of strength, beauty, and cultural pride. Paired with natural elements of the coffee plant, it anchors a packaging system rich in texture and storytelling. Every detail was designed with care: patterns, forms, and finishes come together in a unique visual rhythm that honors the craft behind the product and the culture it springs from.
Drag
Because in a world flooded with templates, design with intention still cuts through. Creativity still matters.
